Evaluet is a new company that looks to provide organizations 

with the analytical frameworks to diagnose the complex interplay 

between their values, systems and human resources. 

 

It provides analysis and evaluation of agreements on the 

local, national and international level. 

 

Recent projects have included, for example, 

an evaluation of the Council of Europe Action Plan in Armenia, 

and supporting the OSCE in setting up a progress monitoring system 

for their largest gender equality programme.
